There are several ways in which we structure our fees.
If you prefer, you can opt for HR support on a retained monthly basis. Our retainer packages provide several HR services and are bespoke and structured according to each of our clients’ people needs. Pricing is tailored to the size of your business and the level of ongoing support you require.
For some services, an hourly, pay as you go or daily rate might be appropriate. This might apply, for example, if we are visiting your office for the day or if we are providing a one-off coaching session / programme or piece of HR advice. Hourly and daily rates vary depending on the type and complexity of support required.
You can choose to buy blocks of time in advance, which can be used on an ad-hoc basis over a 12-month period. These bundles are typically used for day-to-day HR support, including matters like redundancies, grievances, disciplinaries, performance issues, absence management and general people queries. The time can be used flexibly – whether for telephone advice, letter writing, production of documents or remote attendance at meetings.
You can use us flexibly and whenever you need to without restrictive time constraints. Once the block of time has been used, we ask whether you would like to buy another one. If you want to wait or if you don’t need any more for now – that’s fine, there is no obligation to purchase any further time. We don’t tie our clients into long, wieldy contracts.
Time bundle pricing isn’t listed here as it differs based on your organisation’s size and the nature of support required. We’re always happy to outline the options and provide a transparent quote.
This is ideal for a variety of standalone projects. This includes recruitment, salary benchmarking, employee surveys, DiSC (a behavioural profiling tool that helps teams understand different working styles and ways of communicating), mediation, or specific projects or cases. We may ask you to pay some monies in advance, and / or when particular milestones have been completed or once the project has ended.
For clearly scoped services, such as our employee starter kits and contractor engagement kits, we publish fixed pricing to keep costs transparent and easy to plan for.
