We’re also mindful of our own perspectives and potential biases as consultants. That’s why we approach every client relationship with self-awareness, openness and integrity, and make sure our work reflects the values we stand for.

As part of this, we also offer practical training for clients, covering topics such as inclusive leadership, recognising and addressing microaggressions, and constructively challenging unhelpful beliefs or assumptions. Our sessions are designed to build awareness and confidence in a supportive, down-to-earth way that fits the realities of small business life.
