  • Ongoing access to your coach – Between sessions, you can reach out to discuss emerging challenges or decisions that require immediate attention. 
  • Psychometric assessment – This helps you gain insight into your personal style, strengths, motivators, and potential development areas. 
  • Curated learning resources – Your coach will recommend relevant books, articles, videos, or tools to supplement your development journey.

Starting the process: the chemistry conversation 

Every coaching relationship begins with a 60–90 minute chemistry conversation, offered at no charge and with no obligation to proceed. This initial meeting is an opportunity to explore:
